This field is optional, but omitting it may leave out functionality on Prisjakt for your offers

Description​

Shipping label allows mapping your inventory to a specific shipping service that you have configured in Business Center. It is only used when the shipping of an offer is built from Business Center, that is when the offer itself carries no valid shipping entry from the feed. Please see our documentation for shipping services for details.

Validation Rules​

  • A maximum of 10 labels is allowed
  • Each label can be at most 1024 characters and cannot be empty
  • Matching against Business Center. If the offer has one or more labels, a Business Center shipping service applies only when at least one of its labels is also on the offer. If the offer has no labels at all, only shipping services without labels apply to it
  • Labels have no effect on shipping entries that you send in the feed, those are used as they are

Best Practices​

Do​

  • Choose your own values for shipping labels based on your inventory
  • Suggested types of products that should get own shipping_label: oversized products (i.e. white goods), perishable products (i.e. groceries)
  • Use exactly the same label values here as on the shipping services in Business Center, a label that matches nothing means the offer can end up without any shipping information.

Don´t​

  • Don't put a label on an offer just in case. An offer with a label can no longer be served by a Business Center shipping service that has no labels, so a stray label can silently remove the shipping information of the offer
